Stryker is seeking a seasoned Lean Transformation Leader for our Portage, MI site. This onsite role will drive lean strategy deployment, mentor site leaders, and scale lean capabilities across manufacturing.

You will partner with business units to set KPIs, execute site strategy, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires 8+ years in lean transformations, strong change management and leadership skills, and the ability to operate in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent focus in technical or operational field.
• 8+ years of post‑graduate experience.
• 5+ years in Lean manufacturing transformations and implementing Lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated practitioner experience in Lean in both operations and transactional environments.
• Proficiency in change management and strategy development.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to manage risk, schedule, budget, and resources for highly complex projects.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and partnering at all levels of the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean strategy deployment across the site.
• Execute lean programs aligned to site priorities and global initiatives.
• Partner with business unit leaders to establish KPIs and drive improvements.
• Develop and execute site strategy and achieve organizational alignment.
• Ensure lean deployment has an effective operating rhythm.
