Job summary

Casa Central is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee a team of Home Care Aides in Chicago. You will guide day-to-day service delivery, coordinate staffing, and ensure adherence to IDOA and agency policies.

The position requires strong supervision skills and experience in in-home care settings. The role involves intake coordination, plans of care preparation, and ongoing staff development, including performance evaluations and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior supervisory experience and/or experience in in-home care or older adult services is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to a team of Home Care Aides.
• Coordinate service delivery in line with IDOA and agency policies.
• Lead intake, assignment of Home Care Aides, and timely start of services.
• Prepare and review Plans of Care and schedule services accordingly.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular supervision and evaluations.
