Chandra Technologies, Inc is seeking a temporary Developer/Programmer Analyst III in Texas to assess needs, automate data workflows, and integrate electronic case reporting systems for TBIRDS. The role focuses on creating automated processes between eICRs and TBIRDS, building dashboards, and validating data interoperability efforts.

Competenze

• Experience developing, testing, maintaining SAS, Python, or R scripts.
• Experience with system integration, dashboards, and automation for interoperability workflows.
• Experience with structured or semi-structured health or administrative data and knowledge of databases and querying.
• Ability to document code and technical specifications for improved workflows and procedures.
• Experience testing and validating automated data-integration solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical staff.

Mansioni

• Interoperability Needs Assessment: conduct a needs assessment to enable TBIRDS ingestion of eICRs and auto-populate fields; document scripts and workflows.
• Dashboards and System Integration: develop SAS, Python, R programs and dashboards to ingest eICRs into TBIRDS.
• Testing and Validation: test automated workflows and data integration for accuracy and reliability; troubleshoot issues.
• Data Interoperability Automation: support eICR integration and modernization efforts.
• Technical Requirements: identify data and system requirements and propose recommendations for future projects.
