Job summary

V2X Inc in Melbourne, FL seeks a Director of Program Aviation Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for the INL/A Worldwide Aviation Support Services program supporting DoS. You will oversee aircraft maintenance across fixed-wing, rotary, ISR, and support platforms, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and contract performance both CONUS and OCONUS.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 10 years of maintenance leadership experience, and active security clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of progressive maintenance experience.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of maintenance for fixed-wing, rotary-wing, ISR, and support aircraft.
• Lead maintenance control, planning, QA, inspections, and return-to-service activities.
• Manage budgets, staffing, tooling, parts, and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the program.
• Report status, readiness, and risks to government leadership.
