Zusammenfassung

V2X invites applications for the position of Director of Quality Control for the DoS INL/A Worldwide Aviation Support Services program. This is a CONUS-based role out of Melbourne, FL with remote work allowed and periodic visits to locations.

Responsibilities include leading the QC team, ensuring compliance with AS9110 and DCMA 8210, and coordinating with government representatives to ensure safety, readiness, and high-quality deliverables across aviation maintenance, operations and training

Qualifikationen

• Ten years of QC experience on aviation/aerospace systems, with at least four years in management.
• Five+ years as Quality Control Manager for a service contract of comparable scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, Logistics, Quality Management/QA, or related field from a US-accredited institution.
• English fluent; Spanish Level L-2, R-2 for LATAM programs.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and daily guidance to the QC team across all program areas.
• Oversee technical and complex QC monitoring of all program deliverables.
• Develop new QC monitoring methods and procedures.
• Prepare and review all QC documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with recognized QC standards and practices.
• Track KPIs and coordinate audits/monitors to improve safety and readiness.
