Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering & Technical Delivery Director to lead multiple teams delivering BYDS platforms and AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers. You will drive requirements, design, deployment, and ongoing delivery while coordinating with product, sales, and partners.

The role combines technical leadership with customer engagement, delivery excellence, and measurable business outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing software delivery or technical delivery in enterprise SaaS.
• 2+ years of people or technical leadership of engineers/architects.
• 3-5 years hands-on software development with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of BYDS and AI-powered solutions across customer engagements.
• Guide teams through design, deployment, optimization, and delivery execution.
• Partner with Product Development, Sales, and Partner teams to identify requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and client expectations; address escalations.
