Job summary
C3 AI, a leading enterprise AI software company, seeks a Director of Forward Deployed Engineering to own a portfolio of strategic customer relationships from signature through production and expansion. You will lead a team of engineers delivering complex enterprise AI programs and set the technical and commercial roadmap with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting or FDE/delivery leadership in enterprise software or professional services.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of strategic accounts from SOW to production go-live and expansion.
- Manage a team of Forward Deployed resources including hiring, onboarding, and performance development.
- Lead technical discovery, map customer workflows, and define MVP scope for new use cases.
- Identify high-value use cases and drive pilot-to-production expansion with ROI focus.
- Codify reusable patterns and contribute to Product and Solutions with field feedback.
