Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Flow Cytometry Sales Representative to drive growth across Academic, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Industrial, Hospitals and CRO accounts. You will implement a sales plan, call on customers, and coordinate with technical staff to resolve issues.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and offers remote-friendly work with 70% travel, a base salary of $130,000–$150,000 plus SIC and incentives, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Scientific field with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s with 1+ years’ experience.
• Solid understanding of tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing).
• Experience with flow cytometry equipment and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Sell flow cytometry hardware to quotas assigned.
• Sell consumables to quotas assigned.
• Manage assigned territory accounts.
• Develop programs with accounts to expand presence.
