Job summary

Genedata, a Danaher operating company in Lexington, MA, is seeking a Field Application Scientist Chromatics to provide expert scientific and technical support, product demonstrations, and pre-sales activities. You will analyze scientist workflows in chromatography, deliver consulting services, and manage pilot deployments across North America and Europe.

You will lead data-driven software improvements and collaborate with sales to tailor solutions for biopharma, biotech, and contract research

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in biology, biotechnology, bioprocess development or related field.
• 2+ years in Biopharma, biotech or chromatography instrument industry.
• Hands-on chromatography experience and data analysis in biotherapeutics discovery; familiarity with instrument software.

Responsibilities

• Provide software demonstrations, training and technical support for customers.
• Investigate customer workflows and IT to frame presales pitches and projects.
• Oversee pilot and deployment projects, manage project lifecycle incl. plan, scope, timeline and budget.
• Support sales with product expertise and software demonstrations.
