Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Biopharma/Biotechnology/Chromatography instrument industry.
• Hands-on chromatography experience and data analysis in biotherapeutics discovery.
• Experience with Chromeleon, Empower, Unicorn, OpenLab.

Responsibilities

• Provide software demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
• Investigate customer workflows and IT infrastructures to frame presales pitches and projects.
• Deliver scientific consulting and professional services for customer projects.
