Job summary

Genedata, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Application Scientist Chromatics in Lexington, MA. You will provide software demonstrations and technical support, analyze scientist needs, and deliver scientific services for customer projects.

This on-site role reports to Scientific Account Management and offers travel within North America and occasional Europe. The position supports pre-sales activities, software demonstrations, and driving deployments of Chromatics with expertise in

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in biology, biotechnology, bioprocess development or related field.
2+ years of experience in Biopharma/Chromatography instrument industry.
2+ years of hands-on chromatography experience with data analysis in biotherapeutics discovery; experience with instrument software platforms (Chromeleon, Empower, Unicorn, OpenLab).
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Provide software demonstrations, training, and technical support.
Investigate and analyze the needs of scientists to frame presales pitches and projects.
Deliver scientific consulting and professional services for customer projects (data staging, trainings, requirements consolidation, implementation testing).
Overseeing and coordinating pilot and deployment projects for Genedata Chromatics, managing the full project lifecycle.
