Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager to support access within the Southern California territory. This remote role collaborates with sales, HUB vendors, and payers to streamline prescription-to-therapy access while maintaining compliant patient services operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical access or reimbursement, strong payer literacy, and excellent cross-functional communication. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical field reimbursement or patient access experience.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics and prior authorization workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage, prior authorization, step edits, co-pay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing.
• Collaborate with HCP offices to support benefits verification and payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB and payer data to identify access gaps and implement compliant improvements.
• Serve as field access expert and share approved education to internal stakeholders.
