• Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Direct public work or public assistance program administration may substitute for education.

Responsabilités

• Interviews clients for Basic Public Assistance programs.
• Gathers, completes and reviews required documentation.
• Participates in formal and on-the-job training and observing staff.
• Tracks processing deadlines for timely case activity and hearings.
• Learns to identify resources and referrals.
• Learns to operate computers and maintains case records.
• Enter case information into the computer.
