Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, public administration, project management, organizational leadership, or higher education administration).
• Four years of experience in project management or equivalent
• Two years leading continuous improvement or modernization initiatives
• Experience developing project plans, dashboards, and executive reports
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional project intake, planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Monitor milestones, track progress, and manage risks across multiple initiatives.
• Drive operational improvement and modernization across External Relations.
• Prepare dashboards, briefs, and documentation for leadership decision-making.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment with divisional goals.
