Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years of required experience in case management. 5 years preferred.
  • 3 years required demonstrated experience in higher education and providing services to students. 5 years preferred.
  • 3 years required demonstrated experience in program coordination and deployment. 5 years preferred.
  • 3 years required demonstrated experience in customer relationship management. 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate TSTC Core values with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct and evaluate regional student-facing services.
  • Lead regional efforts to disseminate and collect placement data.
  • Collaborate with campus and statewide leadership to optimize customer experience and employment outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for Career Advisors.
