Job summary

PBS Utah, KUER 90.1 and Avanza 88.3 seek a full-time Donor Services Assistant to handle donor interactions, donations, and gift fulfillment. Responsibilities include customer service, processing donations, and supporting digital services and events.

Ideal candidate will manage donor records, assist with merchandise logistics, and help ensure timely communication with donors while upholding privacy and PCI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of related experience required; strong organization and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and audience members via multiple channels.
• Process donations and update donor records in databases.
• Support PBS Utah Passport streaming service and station apps troubleshooting.
• Prepare and ship donor thank you gifts, both physical and digital.
• Assist with mailing, events, and in-house merchandise organization.
• Adhere to data handling, PCI compliance, and university guidelines.
