Job summary

MDS Communications seeks a dedicated Communication Specialist to join our team in Utah or remotely within Utah. Youll engage donors using a scripted approach, aim to secure gifts, and support nonprofit clients on behalf of leading charities.

Youll receive in-depth training, work on multiple client portfolios, and have opportunities for advancement while contributing to meaningful, mission-driven fundraising programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing or stable employment history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow a script.
• Willingness to learn and support charitable causes.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of four MDS teams handling multiple clients.
• Call 4–8 clients per day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Engage with donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner to secure gifts.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics.
