Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent in education and related experience).
• Experience working with business and financial data and budgets sufficient for contracts, invoices, and budget management (grant administration, accounts reconciliation, and reporting).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Office management and general administrative support for SBDC during regular office hours (8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Mon–Fri).
• Support SBDC operations, including Workday, CRM, Zoho, Backstage, and Teams documentation systems; time and effort reporting and travel arrangements.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and orientation of staff and student workers; manage schedules and payroll.
