Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposits and other banking products, and processing transactions accurately.

Responsibilities include educating customers, promoting mobile and online banking, and adhering to security and regulatory guidelines while delivering exemplary service in an office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related military/administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree acceptable in lieu of some experience.
• Cash handling and comfort with digital banking tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a structured sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
