Job summary

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers seeks an experienced Critical Infrastructure Manager to oversee planning, operation, and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure and facilities. You will work with engineering, operations, security, vendors, and leadership to ensure security, resilience, and availability of systems.

The role emphasizes reliability improvements, lifecycle management, incident response, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years managing critical infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with infrastructure operations, maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and performance of critical infrastructure systems and facilities.
• Develop strategies to improve reliability, resilience, capacity, and efficiency.
• Lead planning, maintenance schedules, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor performance and respond to incidents and outages.
• Develop emergency response, disaster recovery, and incident management procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet requirements.
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects including upgrades and expansions.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, maintenance metrics, and reporting.
• Support budget planning, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead root-cause analyses after significant incidents.
• Maintain documentation for assets, procedures, risks, and standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to infrastructure personnel.
