Job summary

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers seeks an experienced Critical Infrastructure Manager for a full-time contract to oversee planning, operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical infrastructure and facilities.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and drive incident response and disaster recovery while ensuring safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Facilities Management, Operations, Infrastructure Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical infrastructure, facilities, data center operations, utilities, industrial systems, or other mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing infrastructure operations, maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of critical infrastructure systems and facilities.
• Develop strategies to improve infrastructure reliability, resilience, capacity, and efficiency.
• Lead infrastructure planning, maintenance schedules, upgrades, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Monitor performance and availability of critical systems and coordinate incident responses.
