Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: supervision or team leadership roles and program leadership duties.
• Four (4) years of experience in contract management, development, writing and monitoring.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with State contract processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and participate in DHS contracts process for professional/technical contracts, grants, and master contracts.
• Develop an Annual Contract Plan for the Department.
• Review contracts for compliance with legal requirements and state/federal laws.
• Refine and manage data on contracts and contractors; ensure accurate reporting.
• Integrate SWIFT with contracting procedures and maintain a contracts database.
• Co-lead the integration and monitoring of contracting procedures to secure procurement success.
