Job summary

Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking an Integrated Services Analyst to plan, develop, and maintain tools that support integrated behavioral health services (CCBHC, BHH, OICC). The role collaborates with staff across divisions to advance policy goals and coordination with external partners.

The position requires 3 years in mental health program support, strong data skills, and deep knowledge of Medicaid and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of working experience advocating and/or providing support for mental health programs and/or services.
• Experience must include: understanding of person- and family-centered, evidence-based, and trauma informed approaches.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and Teams.
• Researching and analyzing multiple sources of data to meet compliance standards.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and county government, laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines regarding Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare programs.
