Qualifications

• 1–2 years post-college experience in retail, operations, business analysis or analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL/Python preferred.
• Ability to drive process improvement, change management, and execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute financial and operational analytics to support strategic improvements.
• Analyze labor, payroll, and performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Serve as SME on store labor and payroll models; maintain and optimize tools.
• Develop measurements of current and future store processes; estimate labor savings reliability.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL tools.
• Support change management with training materials and process docs.
