Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years post‑college experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong analytical ability with data synthesis and reconciliation capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, managing, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Engage with partners to understand drivers impacting financial performance.
• Perform complex ad‑hoc analysis on inventory metrics and present findings.
• Provide board‑level updates on sales, gross margin, and inventory position.
• Update and enhance the in‑Store inventory/production planning model.
• Drive annual gross margin and inventory budgeting with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Store & DC Ops to improve data integrity and shrink results.
• Lead system projects, requirements, testing, and implementations.
