Qualifications

• Knowledge of public policy, federal grant management, CMS contract guidelines.
• Auditing and monitoring of client files, eligibility, and financial records.
• Analytical and data skills to evaluate performance, track compliance, and identify risks.
• Proficiency with database tools, CRM platforms, compliance systems, Google Apps and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit client files, eligibility documentation, and financial records for compliance.
• Ensure workforce programs and subgrantees comply with rules and grants.
• Review, monitor, and administer subcontracts and service agreements.
• Provide training on compliance requirements and reporting systems.
• Deliver regulatory guidance and support to partners and staff.
• Investigate misconduct or fraud and propose corrective actions.
