Qualifications

• Econometric analysis and predictive modeling experience.
• Experience with longitudinal program evaluation and data dictionaries.
• Knowledge of WIOA in-demand methodologies and labor market data.
• Ability to write clear methodology papers and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Rural Education and Training Expansion Modeling: build econometric models and data pipelines for rural healthcare training.
• Provider Upskilling and Retention Analytics: design indicators linking training to wage outcomes.
• Financial Incentive and Shortage Alignment Modeling: create scoring to align incentives with needs.
• RILN Intelligence Infrastructure: maintain back-end data warehouses and API-ready feeds.
• Technical Collaboration: partner with Division 1 economists to align outputs with stakeholder tools.
