Huntington National Bank seeks a Commercial Services Manager in Cleveland to lead a team of professional service colleagues supporting commercial verticals and portfolio. You will guide decision-making across sales, service, risk, and customer experience, while establishing procedures and training for multiple direct reports.

Responsibilities include risk management, collaboration with Sales, and driving improvements in client service and onboarding.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of Commercial Banking experience in customer/sales support, deposits, loans, operations, and/or regulatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of teams with knowledge of Commercial products and verticals.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders to enhance customer experience and deal execution.
• Drive team performance with data-driven analysis and ownership of key results metrics.
• Lead strategic projects and engage in change management to improve processes and technology.
