Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst in its Commercial Loan Administration group, based in Denver, CO, with hours 8:15 am–5:00 pm ET, Monday to Friday. Some late evenings are possible during the quarter, and there may be remote work options in select locations with approval.

You will assist commercial bankers by providing payoff information, payment history, projected payments and other data to resolve loan accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze and reconcile loan transactions.
• Experience handling payoff requests, payment history and projected payments.
• Collaborative team player working with commercial bankers in a high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile varied and moderately complex loan transactions per policy.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to route documents and action items.
• Interact with customers as needed and manage assigned loan portfolios.
• Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Review transactions and related documents for accuracy and adherence to service levels.
