PNC is seeking a motivated Loan Support Analyst to support the Commercial Loan Administration team across multiple U.S. locations. You’ll process and reconcile transactions, provide payoff and payment history details, and assist bankers with information requests.

This role may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, with some in-office requirements. Based in a designated city (Denver, Dallas, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland), you’ll handle payments, transfers and documentation while

• Associates degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.
• Experience with loan documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Executes varied transactions and processes using standard procedures across specialized products or complex accounts.
• Reconciles transactions and collaborates with internal/external partners to route documents and actions to complete transactions.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to finish transactions and responds to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
• Reviews transactions and verifies accuracy against policies and service levels.
• Supports loan administration activities and maintains accurate records and communications.
