Job summary

PNC operates a Commercial Loan Administration team seeking a motivated Loan Support Analyst across multiple U.S. locations. The role supports loan accounts, processes payments and transfers, and collaborates with commercial bankers to ensure timely information flow and accurate documentation.

The position may be eligible for remote work in select locations, with occasional in-office participation as needed. Hours are standard business days, with some late evenings in quarterly periods.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent and related experience or product knowledge may be considered.
• Experience with loan processing, documentation, and risk controls is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and due diligence processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Executes varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures.
• Provides payoffs, payment history, and projected loan payments and other requested information.
• Partners with internal/external teams to route documents and complete transactions.
• Identifies and resolves exceptions; escalates as needed.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions and responds to inquiries.
