Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Commercial Lines to oversee a key book of business, drive retention, and support new growth. You will lead daily operations, coordinate policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis while delivering proactive customer service.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 5+ years in account management or 7+ years in insurance, and active licensing; CIC or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the account management team.
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals, and conduct client research for submissions.
