Job summary

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor with bar admission in at least one state.
- In-house legal experience preferred including supervising outside counsel.
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement agreements of varying size and complexity.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, including software, cloud service and real estate agreements.
- Provide legal advice on negotiation strategies, terms, disputes, privacy, IP, and cyber security.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, finance, and sales on pre-sales, sales and post-contract cycles.
