Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Commercial Counsel to draft, negotiate, and administer commercial contracts including sales, SaaS and licensing agreements. You will help manage risk, advise on business implications, and support negotiations with customers and vendors.

The role requires a Juris Doctorate, bar admission, and 2+ years of corporate transactional experience, ideally in technology matters. A collaborative environment with cross-functional teams is offered.

Competenze

• Requires a Juris Doctor Degree.
• Admission to the Bar of at least one state is required or admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction if international equivalent.
• 2+ years of corporate transactional, contracts negotiations and/or commercial transactional experience, preferably with technology matters, including software licensing, subscription and hosted environments, telecom, governments contracts and or intellectual property.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, edit, finalize and negotiate routine transactional agreements to meet business and legal requirements, including SaaS, licensing, and SOWs.
• Manage contract documentation/approval flows to ensure consistency with internal processes.
• Assist with contract disputes, including understanding issues, researching and providing guidance on solutions and settlements.
• Provide counsel and guidance on legal risks while supporting business objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain, revise and update contract templates and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
