Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Coding Supervisor to lead coding staff, coach performance, and collaborate with CDI on HCC coding. The role includes participating in hiring, onboarding, and training while coordinating staffing to meet quality and production standards.

As a hybrid full-time supervisor, you will attend onsite meetings in Madison, WI, and support a flexible schedule driven by operational needs and primary business hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Coding Program required.
• Associate's Degree in healthcare related field required.
• Two years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in addition to the required experience below.
• Graduate of a Health Information Technology program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to coding staff and ensure feedback on performance.
• Collaborate with CDI on HCC coding.
