Job summary

Somethings seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our Peer Support Specialist team in New York. You will ensure safety and effectiveness in mental health delivery, provide top-notch documentation, and oversee the professional development of Mentors.

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant mental health license and have experience supervising other providers, along with a passion for youth mental health. This contract position offers 27 guaranteed hours per week at $50/hour and demands excellence in clinical management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising clinicians or mental health providers.
• Strong working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities.
• Willingness to take on an intermittent clinical caseload.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Peer Support Specialist Mentors.
• Ensure safety and clinical effectiveness of Mentors and teens.
• Provide documentation to Clinical Ops team.
