Qualifications

• Two years of professional coding experience.
• ICD-10-CM, CPT, CM and HCPCS coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Review medical record documentation for accurate coding.
• Monitor E/M code selections for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide provider education to improve documentation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle to resolve coding issues.
