Job summary

The Technology Integration Director Local Media at the NBA leads the design and execution of cutting-edge broadcast workflows and production solutions for NBA and WNBA Local Media. This role translates strategic content visions into scalable technical requirements, roadmaps and operational workflows across live event and studio environments.

Reporting to the Technology Innovation Lead, you will be a hands-on expert in evaluating, testing, and deploying new broadcast technologies, ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
7+ years in broadcast engineering or production technology.
Hands-on design, implementation and support of live broadcast environments.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and implementation of next-generation broadcast workflows.
Translate production roadmap into technical requirements and deployment plans.
Design local broadcast infrastructure and ensure reliability and scalability.
Lead proofs of concept, pilots, testing and validation of new tech.
Collaborate with engineering, production operations and external vendors.
