Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Employment & Labor Law Paralegal for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will support a U.S. law firm handling workplace disputes, preparation of legal documents, discovery management, and coordination of litigation activities.

Ideal candidates will have substantial U.S. employment law experience, strong drafting skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and procedural accuracy. This is a long-term remote position with direct collaboration with U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as paralegal, lawyer, or attorney in the US.
• 2+ years with an employment law firm in the US.
• Strong drafting, research, and document preparation skills.
• Experience with EEOC and state employment agency proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with employment litigation and related administrative proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare and organize documentation for workplace investigations, disputes, and litigation proceedings.
• Manage discovery workflows, including collection, review, organization, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, courts, and agencies.
