Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a 3D Structural Designer for our Data Center Mission Critical Group in the United States. The role focuses on creating and refining detailed drawings with Plant 3D, P&ID and isometrics, while mentoring junior staff and adhering to safety standards.

The candidate will work with REVIT, AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS, ACC/BIM 360, and Dynamo, performing site walkdowns and BIM coordination on diverse projects. Travel is expected at 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year of design engineering experience
• OR Associates Degree in related field with minimum 6 years of design engineering experience
• OR minimum of 8 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Create/modify detailed drawings using Plant 3D including piping isometrics, layout, detail drawings, P&ID, and pipe/conduit supports
• Perform site walkdowns and generate walkdown reports
• Conduct self-checks and mentor junior designers; perform peer checks
• Collaborate with engineers and other designers for design concept interpretation and BIM coordination
• Follow all safety and project procedures; meet time goals for the discipline
