Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor''s degree preferred.
• Experience with FEMA-funded programs preferred.
• Experience in case work or social services.
• Experience with grant programs.
• Experience with public assistance programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide eligibility and case management services as part of a team.
• Gather documents to establish program eligibility.
• Maintain a caseload and sustain regular contacts within guidelines.
• Protect client information with high ethical standards.
• Offer resources and referrals to address disaster-related needs.
• Attend training and coordinate with Eligibility Supervisors/Leads.
• Work collaboratively with Eligibility Supervisor and Program Management to meet goals.
• Follow program policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
