NTT DATA Services seeks an HC & INSURANCE OPERATIONS SENIOR REP to support Enrollment & Billing (EMB) back-office activities for Medicaid LOB. The position is US Location – Permanent Remote, requiring data integrity oversight and timely eligibility support across departments.

Responsibilities include correcting membership data, generating reports, and ensuring adherence to client standards and regulatory policies while handling daily enrollment entries and research tasks as needed.

Formación

• Good English comprehension and written skills; exposure to MS Office.
• Good logical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to interact with clients preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files transmitted from the state.
• Provide timely, efficient support for the eligibility load process while coordinating with different departments to resolve issues.
• Provide research to correct errors in membership and primary care physician data output.
• Generate internal reports and analysis as needed.
• Enters daily eligibility data: New enrollees, changes, and cancellations.
• Research information on members/subscribers to resolve problems and disputes.
• Maintains quality and production standards as outlined by client partners, state regulations and department policies & procedures.
• Completion of volumes in queue within specified turnaround time.
