NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Eligibility Associate, Remote to support Enrollment & Billing (EMB) Back Office activities for Medicaid LOB, primarily from a US remote location.

The role involves ensuring data integrity, processing enrollments and changes, and coordinating with other departments. Key responsibilities include researching discrepancies, generating internal reports, and meeting defined turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Required ability to work Sundays through Saturdays 7am–8pm EST.
• Urgent need for teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong English comprehension, written skills, and MS Office exposure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee data integrity of enrollment records and remittance files.
• Provide timely support for eligibility load processes and coordinate with departments.
• Research to correct errors in member data and generate internal reports.
• Enter daily eligibility data for new enrollments, changes, and cancellations.
• Investigate member information to resolve problems and disputes.
• Maintain quality and production standards per client and policy.
• Complete volumes in queue within turnaround time.
