Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Eligibility Provider Data Processor back office in the United States (remote). The role focuses on analyzing and processing provider transactions and enrollment records in accordance with plan provisions, while safeguarding PHI information.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in healthcare processing, experience with Provider Data Management or Credentialing, and daily use of Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare processing experience; provider data management preferred, claims or other healthcare payer/provider experience is acceptable.
• At least 1 year with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) used daily.
• Experience with Provider Data Management and/or Credentialing is preferred.
• Must be proficient with Windows PC applications and typing at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process provider transactions and enrollment records per plan provisions.
• Follow customer-defined policy and procedures.
• Secure PHI information with established technical skills.
• Understand how work impacts results and build relationships to facilitate workflow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and resolve complex situations.
