Job summary

Air Education Inc. (Air Reading) is seeking contracted online reading instructors to deliver structured, small-group lessons to elementary students. Lessons run via Zoom and groups consist of up to four students, with sessions typically 30–40 minutes, Monday–Friday between 6:00 a.m.

and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be proficient with Zoom and common digital teaching tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document student progress using established assessment and reporting tools; provide timely, actionable feedback to students and partners.
• Create and sustain a positive, orderly virtual learning environment that supports student engagement and growth.
