Job summary

Air Education Inc. delivers evidence-based, small-group online reading instruction to elementary students and partners with schools to accelerate literacy development. This contract, remote role offers flexible scheduling within Pacific Time hours.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, US work authorization, proficiency with Zoom and digital teaching tools, and strong verbal and written communication with elementary students. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Proficiency with Zoom and common digital teaching tools required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with elementary-aged students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured online reading lessons via Zoom to groups of up to four students following the provided curriculum.
• Maintain fidelity to structured literacy and Science of Reading approaches.
• Monitor and document student progress using assessment tools and provide timely feedback to students and partners.
• Create a positive, orderly virtual learning environment that supports student engagement and growth.
