Qualifications

• 0-3 years servicing, integrating, and programming video, alarm, and access control systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine customer service calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Complete accurate service reports for customers in a timely manner.
