Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the electrical construction jobsite including labor, materials, and customer relations.
• Oversees and directs employees in their day-to-day work to ensure tasks are completed effectively and project goals are met.
• Manage all aspects of the jobsite including scheduling and laying out the work on a daily basis.
• Facilitates the development of work packages and daily work plans.
• Plans and develops crew sizes, equipment requirements, and task sequences. • Completes accurate and detailed Daily Logs, observations and documented weekly safety inspections. Significant focus is required to ensure delays are documented and project impacts are captured in the daily report.

• Checks and verifies dimensions within the design drawings, and as related to shop drawings.
