Job summary

Cache Valley Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on electrical construction projects. The role focuses on safety, manpower, productivity, scheduling, quality, materials, and equipment management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple crews, develop field leadership, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in electrical construction projects.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and field leaders.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and direction for electrical construction projects.
• Own day-to-day field execution and project performance.
• Lead General Foremen, Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to execute project plans.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term field schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
• Monitor progress against schedules and milestones.
• Identify risks and develop recovery plans.
• Review drawings, specs, and project docs for field work.
• Ensure field installation follows plans and codes.
• Participate in mobilization, startup, and closeout.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections for safety and quality.
