You will lead field crews, coordinate with project managers, and drive on-time project completion while ensuring safety standards are met. The role requires advanced knowledge of maintenance protocols, strong leadership, and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in field services or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and supervising teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety standards.
• Experience in project management and implementation of systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems in various settings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage field crews and coordinate with project managers.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Provide technical guidance to the team.
• Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
